Return and Exchange Policy
Please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot respond to inquiries made after this period or regarding products that have been used.
If you receive a product that differs from your order or is deemed defective by our company, we will promptly arrange an exchange. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. If no replacement stock is available, we will issue a refund.
Please note that, as a rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.
