Pricing

All products are priced including tax.

Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods:

Credit Card
Currently, the following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS, and their affiliated cards. Payment will be automatically deducted from your designated account according to the terms of the respective cardholder agreement.

Mobile Payment
The following mobile payment methods are available: PayPay, Merupay, au PAY, and Alipay.

Shipping Fees

Flat rate nationwide: 880 yen (including tax)
Regardless of the transportation distance, the same fee applies.
Carrier: Sagawa Express

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.
As a general rule, we aim to ship on the next business day.
No shipping on weekends.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us via CONTACT within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot respond to inquiries made after this period or regarding products that have been used. If you receive a product that differs from your order or is deemed defective by our company, we will promptly arrange an exchange. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. If no replacement stock is available, we will issue a refund.

Please note that, as a rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer convenience.
